What are your trading hours?
We are in the office from 9 to 4pm, Monday to Friday with exception of public holidays to reply to all queries. But luckily for you our website never sleeps so you can review all our products in the convenience and privacy of your home.
How can I make a payment?
We have two payment options, credit card and bank deposit (EFT). Credit card provides immediate payment so your purchase can be shipped soon as possible, where as EFT might take 2 to 3 days to reflect on our statements. We do check our statements twice a day.
What is my goods are damaged or does not function?
Our products are shipped and packaged so to minimise the risk of damage, we understand there is nothing worse than receiving your product and there is a problem. Any goods damaged due to shipping will be replaced at our own cost, we will try and ensure prompt replacement of the said product. In order to ensure prompt replacement we normally ask for the product to be returned so it can be swopped out.
Can I change my order?
Yes you may if the product can be returned in the original packaging unopened.
Can I change my shipping services/address?
Yes no problem, inform our customer service and we will make the necessary changes.
Privacy?
Your privacy is assured!! Our team strictly operate by order number so if you don’t have it then you need to validate using another means. We will not provide any information regarding previous orders.
Changes in pricing?
Oghee pricing may change without any notice. Unfortunately our products are imported and we are at the mercy of the USD exchange.
