Shipping & Delivery

Ohgee offers two shipping methods for your convience.

Door to Door using reputable courier.

Post office collection.

Door to door shipping:

Shipped to your door.
Orders under 1kg are shipped next day to major centres and 3 days to outskirts.
Orders over 1kg are shipped economy which is normally 3 days to major centres and 5 days outskirts.

Shipped using reputable nationwide courier service to your door.

Post office collection:

Your able to collect from the post office counter.

You collect when your available and have additional privacy as not delivered to your home or work.

Change of delivery:
If you need to change your delivery address changed, please ensure you contact us immediately. Once shipped we are able to change delivery address of door to door delivery but not for post office shipping. Post office shipping will likely need to be returned and then onward shipped again.

Shipping Privacy (Waybill & Packaging):
Waybill:
All shipment are shipped from our parent company Savings Direct which includes large number of business services. Waybill will also not reflect the contents of the package.

Packaging:
All shipments will be provided in non transparent packaging.

Tracking orders:
Once your order is dispatched your tracking information will be emailed to yourself.
