Detailed Description of Good and / or Services:Savings Direct cc t/a Ohgee.co.za is an ecommerce adult store.
Shipping policy:We offer two shipping methods, door to door courier or PO Box delivery using Post Office.
For very remote areas we will have to deliver via Post office or the nearest town to you that are accessible.
Clients will be advised when products have been dispatched by email which will include Waybill tracking information. It’s important to verify your address & contact details are correct to ensure timely delivery. If there is any changes please advise our customer service team immediately so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Please ensure your courier delivery address is normally occupied during the office hours.
Ohgee.co.za only utilizes reputable couriers which will provide proof of delivery. It is important to provide the correct delivery address to ensure timely deliveries.
Please note that delivery time is based on region and size/weight of the product. Our customer service centre does not hold stock so pickup is not possible, we are a strictly delivery only business concept thus bringing additional savings to you the client.
Return and Refunds Policy:We want you to be happy with your purchase so will only be to glad to review and see if we can offer alternative.
To initiate the refund request please email our customer service team within 14 days so we can promptly review and advice. Please do not return the goods prior to receiving an approved refund confirmation email which will include the return address. Returns will need to be returned to specific manufacturers thus we will provide return instructions with the approved refund confirmation email. All goods returned need to be returned in original packaging and in the same state as shipped from Ohgee.
Ohgee is not responsible for the for courier/postage costs in returning the items except where the goods are deemed damaged or wrong product on delivery in which case Ohgee will cover any postage costs
All refunds will be reversed to the person/card that originally placed the order less courier/postage costs for returns. We will under no circumstances refund to a third party. As refunds need to be processed by the banks, please note that the processing of refunds can take up to 5 working days from approval date.
Although seldom charged, we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for the returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses.
When is a refund not possible?Where a product has been specially ordered for you (made to measure range), product damaged during installation or unless faulty, we’re unable to refund or offer an exchange. We’re unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 24 hours of the order being placed.

If clients have access to internet banking, they can pay for their orders via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) by setting up Savings Direct t/a Ohgee.co.za as a beneficiary:

Please be sure to use your order number received as a payment reference. This usually takes 2 days to appear on our statement. Payment must only be made after you have received a sales order. Sales orders are only valid for 48hrs, thereafter stock items may have to be checked again for availability. No products will be dispatched till payment has been confirmed.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security:Credit card transactions will be acquired for Savings Direct cc t/a Ohgee.co.za by VCS who are the approved payment gateway for ABSA of South Africa. Credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website.
